RBNZ’s Spencer: Banking review to take 12 months

According to RBNZ’s Deputy Governor Spencer, via Reuters, banking review is set to take 12 months, adding that they may remove redundant rules, simplify framework, while also saying that they will review prudential rules for banks and non- bank lenders.
