The Financial Times (FT) is out with the latest update on today’s EU Summit, citing (via Twitter):

“Theresa May is not attending today's EU summit in Sibiu, but Brexit minister Stephen Barclay is hanging around town. He's at a conference this morning, speaking alongside the EU Commission's top official responsible for communication policy.”
