China’s trade balance (CNY): Surplus expands less than expected in April

China's trade balance for April, in Yuan terms, came in at CNY 93.6bn versus CNY 155.71bn expected and CNY 221.236bn last.

Exports came at +3.0% y/y vs. -8.0% expected and +21.3% last, while imports were +10.3% y/y vs. -1.0% expected and -1.8% last.
