Brexit: Britain's Brexit minister Barclay says the house has once again failed to find a majority for any option

Following a no majority vote in Parliament, Conservative's Barclay was saying:

• Barclay says to secure an extension the govt needs a credible alternative to give the EU.
• Barclay says we must find a way through to leave with a deal.
• Barclay says if we agree a deal this week we could avoid EU elections.
