Fed's Kashkari: It isn't time to cut rates - WSJ

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari, who is a dovish member of the FOMC, said that it wasn't yet time for the Fed to cut the policy rate while reiterating that rates at their current level were appropriate.
