Huawei sues US Govt saying ban on its equipment is unconstitutional - Reuters

The Chinese telecoms equipment maker’s, Huawei, Rotating Chairman Guo Ping confirmed in a statement on Thursday, the company filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas challenging the constitutionality of Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that restricted its business in the US, Reuters reports.
