Huawei sues US Govt saying ban on its equipment is unconstitutional - Reuters

The Chinese telecoms equipment maker’s, Huawei, Rotating Chairman Guo Ping confirmed in a statement on Thursday, the company filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas challenging the constitutionality of Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that restricted its business in the US, Reuters reports.

“The U.S. Congress has repeatedly failed to produce any evidence to support its restrictions on Huawei products. We are compelled to take this legal action as a proper and last resort.”
