ECB's Villeroy: We remain committed to keeping interest rates low

The ECB governing council member François Villeroy, speaking on French television this Friday, was noted saying that uncertainty is the main explanation of economic slowdown and we remain committed to keeping interest rates low. Any reduction of stimulus will be very gradual, Villeroy added further.
