UK's Hammond: We are in uncharted territory if parliament votes down May's Brexit deal

While speaking in the House of Commons, "if the parliament does not agree to sign off on Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal, we are in unchartered territory," said British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond.
