US Trade Rep. Lighthizer: Would be surprised if China dinner fails

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines at the G20 summit, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Lighthizer said that he expected many Democrats to support the new NAFTA deal and that he would be surprised if China dinner failed.
