Spain Foreign Minister Borrell: Gibraltar negotiation must be separate

Spanish Foreign Minister Borrell was out on the wires now, via Reuters, suggesting that the negotiations on Gibraltar must be separate.

On Tuesday, Spain’s PM Sanchez noted that Spain will vote against Brexit deal if the text on Gibraltar not amended.
