EUR/JPY Technical Analysis: Further retracement still on the cards

  • EUR/JPY dropped and tested fresh 2—month lows in the mid-127.00s, where it appears to have found some initial contention.
  • While the bearish note remains well and sound, the cross is now targeting June’s low in the 126.60 area ahead of August’s low around 124.80.
  • As long as the resistance line at 132.58 caps, the prospects for further losses remains intact.
