EU’s Moscovici: "NOT necessarily" that there has to be a Brexit deal

Reuters is out with the latest comments from the European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Pierre Moscovici, on the Brexit deal.

When asked if there will definitely be a deal on Brexit, Moscovici replied, "NOT Necessarily" and that in theory Brexit vote could be reversed.
