IEA’s Birol: Venezuela one of the biggest risks in the oil market in the coming months

Birol added that he could see a free fall in oil output from Venezuela.

His comments come after Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro won the presidential election for another six-year term, suggesting that he will be responsible for the nation’s crushing financial and economic crisis.
