Fed’s Kashkari: Risk shorting expansion by hiking rates – Bloomberg TV

Speaking on Bloomberg Television, Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari, who voted against the rate hike in the last FOMC meeting, said that the Fed was treating the 2% inflation target as a ceiling and it was risking shorting the economic expansion by hiking rates.
