Norges Bank keeps key rate unchanged at 0.50%, as expected

At its latest monetary policy meeting held today, Norges Bank, the central bank of Norway, decided to keep the key interest rate unchanged at 0.50%, as widely expected.

The Norwegian Krone rallied nearly 170-pips on the policy announcement, knocking-off EUR/NOK to fresh two-month lows of 9.7233.
