ECB’s Nowotny: No need for higher interest rates if inflation remains low

The European Central Bank (ECB) Governing Council member and Head of the Austrian Central Bank, Ewald Nowotny, was on the wires last minutes, citing, "as long as we have low inflation I do not see a perspective for higher interest rates”.
