BOJ's Funo - Central bank is halfway to 2% price target

Bank of Japan [BOJ] monetary policy board member Yukitoshi Funo, while speaking at a meeting with business leaders in Sapporo, said, "the central bank is still halfway to 2% price target". 

Earleir today, Bloomberg put out a report saying the Japanese CPI is likely to peak in Q4 2017.
