China’s June trade data (USD): Exports & imports climb, beat estimates
The China customs published trade balance for June in USD terms, reporting a wider-than expected trade surplus, with both exports and imports bettering expectations.
In USD terms,
Trade Balance (USD) June came in at 42.77B surplus versus 42.60B exp and 40.79B previous.
Exports (YoY) June: +11.3% (est. +8.9% and 8.7% last)
Imports (YoY) June: +17.2% (est. +14.5% and 14.8% last)
