IMF - Shale oil to keep prices low for many years

International Monetary Fund (IMF) is of the opinion that US shale has permanently increased oil supplies at lower prices and that means prices may not return to the high levels seen a few years ago. 

The comments come a week ahead of the OPEC meeting, where major producers are expected to officially announce an output cut deal.
