Flash: USD will be well supported in 2014 - Societe Generale
FXstreet.com (Bali) - An acceleration in the US economy and the Fed QE exit will keep the dollar supported in 2014, according to Societe Generale.
Key Quotes
"The dollar will also be strong by elimination, as deleveraging in the EM economies clouds the outlook for EM currencies, commodity prices (and currencies along with them) remain stuck in the mud, and the likes of the ECB and BoJ are pressured to deliver more easing."
"However, the Fed’s effort to reformulate forward guidance in a more dovish way will contain dollar gains."
