Euro zone is not in deflation – ECB’s Villeroy

ECB’s Governing Council member Francois Villeroy de Galhaud has argued that negative inflation figures in the region are temporary, while he sees them picking up pace in the second half of the year.

He’s also stressed that the Current Account surplus is not ‘optimal’.
