USD/CHF hits 2-year low

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The dollar weakened and dragged USD/CHF its lowest in nearly 2 years at the beginning of the American session.

USD/CHF breaks below 0.8940

The USD/CHDF came under renewed pressure after softer-than-expected US housing data and broke below the 0.8940 level to hit its lowest since Nov 7 2011 at 0.8914. At time of writing, USD/CHF is trading at the 0.8920 zone, recording a 0.3% loss on the day.

USD/CHF levels to watch

On the downside, immediate supports line up at 0.8914 (daily low) and 0.8900 (psychological level), while resistances are seen at 0.8940 (former support), 0.8965 (daily high) and 0.9000 (psychological level).

NZD/USD tumbles on China woes; kiwi falls apart across the board

The NZD/USD cross is heading immensely downwards since the kick off of the Wellington trading session, mostly due to the sparking fears regarding Chinese tightening as well as on the selloff of the kiwi in favor of the Aussie after the solid Australian CPI data.
