GBP/USD is all about Fed risk - Scotia

FXStreet (Guatemala) - Eric Theoret, CFA, CMT Currency Strategist at Scotiabank noted that GBP is quiet, consolidating around 1.5450.

"Fed risk this week is important for GBP as market participants the path for the BoE and risk of a delay in the event of a Fed hold, given that BoE policymakers have maintained a considerable focus on the disinflationary influence of recent strength in the exchange rate."
