IMF says there have been no discussions on a new program for Greece

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The IMF is not talking about new program for Greece, spokesman Gerry Rice told the press Thursday.

Lately, there was some speculations Greece would on track to negotiate a third bailout after German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble predicted earlier this month Greece would need a new rescue plan, though he later played down talks the bailout was imminent.

Referring to Greece's funding needs, IMF spokesman Gerry Rice said: "In our next review, we'll discuss developments on that front and see where we are. The numbers of course could change in either direction."
