Merkel says Greece unilaterally abandoned successful talks
FXStreet (Mumbai) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel put the responsibility of the failure of Greek talks entirely on Greece by expressly stating that Greece unilaterally abandoned successful talks.
Merkel, while speaking to the Bundestag, said Germany would not compromise at all costs. Merkel added that Greece failing to make IMF payment was the end of the aid program and that the basis for the second program has ended.
Merkel once again referendum that there will be no negotiations with Greece before the July 5 referendum.
