“Whilst the Fed does not have a FOMC decision in February, attention will fall on the senior Fed officials scheduled to speak in public forum this week (especially the district Fed presidents that are newly rotated into their 2015 FOMC voting role)”.

“St Louis Fed President, James Bullard (non-voter in 2015 FOMC) will discuss economics on Tuesday, whilst Minneapolis Fed President, Narayana Kocherlakota (non-voter in 2015 FOMC) will speak on the economy on the same day”.
