Most economist expect RBA to cut rates in March

FXStreet (Bali) - According to the latest Reuters poll, 18 economists out of 25 expect the RBA on hold next week, while the rest (7) are calling for a rate cut.

Meanwhile, according to a Bloomberg survey, 6 out of 27 economists see RBA rate cut in February, with 12 expecting a rate cut in March. The rest expect cuts further down the road or a 'wait and see' stance for the rest of the year.
