US: PCE rose 1.0% YoY in May
Fxstreet.com (Edinburgh) - The US Commerce Department informed that the US inflation, measured by the Personal Consumption Expenditures, rose 1.0% YoY in May and 0.1% on a monthly basis. The Core reading, which strips the food and energy costs, rose at an annual pace of 1.1% and 0.1% MoM.
Personal Income rose 0.5% on a monthly basis while Personal Spending rose 0.3%.
