Flash: Asia Strategy, bond supply, BOP & liquidity - BofA & Merrill Lynch

FXstreet.com (London) - Alexandra Fletcher at BofA and Merrill Lynch has explained that there are three focal points for the Asian markets next week.

First, she said, bond auctions with Thailand, Korea and Singapore issuing long dated bonds. "The focus will be on the strength of these auctions and test of demand". Second, she said, will be the current account data for India and Korea will also reinforce market perception about divergent Asia FX vulnerabilities. Third, she said will be China’s liquidity squeeze.
