JPMorgan cuts iron ore price forecasts

FXStreet (Bali) - JPMorgan has published an update on 2015 iron ore price forecasts, expecting drops of 24% to $67/ton, with further cuts in the 2016 forecast to $65/ton and 2017 to $69/ton.

USD/JPY held by 120.65/70 support

USD/JPY is presently testing bids around 120.65/70, after regaining the key intraday resistance-turned-support earlier in Tokyo, following a session high of 121.00 after a recovery off 120.22.

Gold struggles above USD 1200 levels

Gold prices on Comex erased overnight gains from US session and manage to trade above USD 1200 levels in early Asian trading, after renewed strength in the US dollar weighed on the metal.
