UK: Mortgage Approvals rise to 53.710K in April
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - UK Mortgage Approvals rose to 53.710K in April, following 53.674K registered the previous month, according to the BoE report published today. The result is lower than forecasts of an increase to 54.500K.
Consumer Credit was at £0.524B in April down from £0.594B in March and above market consensus of £0.400B.
Net Lending to Individuals increased in April to £1.4B in comparison with £0.9B in March and above analysts' projections of remaining at £0.9B.
